Hello,
my TDS is working fine on XP 11, but not on XP 12..i get black screens and it won't start up.
Everything is well installed, no problems there...tried all the tips to get it to work but nope..
I uploaded 2 logfiles (Unit1LOG and PlaneLog)

Hello,

For X-Plane 12: the TDSGTNXPlaneLog.txt does not indicate that a GTNXi has been started or has electrical power.
Please provide us with more information on the aircraft used as well as show us some screenshots within X-Plane 12.

Not to worry, we will get this sorted.

It's every plane in XP 12..just open TDS window and nothing further happens, no power to the TDS apparently
I did a reinstall of  the manager and i did get a retraction error : 111
I uploaded the managerfile, there I found the 111 error back...  p.s. I don't have Microsoft Simulator installed, but maybe that's not important

Hello,

There is no need to reinstall the base PC Trainer, as long as the TDS GTNXi XPlane works in X-Plane 11.
In addition, nothing to worry about Microsoft Flight Simulator, the TDS GTNXi XPlane will work on any PC, even if no MSFS install is available.

Please provide us with some screenshots within X-Plane 12.

Thank you, we have been able to confirm that this message was in the ISP's SPAM folder.

For the C560XL, did you enable the beta Custom Avionics Devices, as stated in the C560XL Readme.txt file?

In addition, can you please test the default C172 TD GTNXi mod for X-Plane 12 and let us know if it works?

Hello...
1. reinstalled it with the virusscanners off
2. virusscanners on, start XP 12, Citation Jet525 (aviation), TDS not working,shows dark screen
3. in virusscanner, quarantine shows there's a virus in the plugin. ( you may have to check this )
4. restored the indicated files...
5. reboot, evrything works like a shining Dutchman, that's me...Smile
Thanks for all the quick respond..it's a wonderful product, I'm enjoying it. Also the C172 mod is working perfectly

In regards to the antivirus, can you please let us know of the antivirus used? We code sign all our files so they will not be erroneously detected as a virus, so this is a bit of an odd situation.
