I just wanted to inform the forum about the OUTSTANDING support I received in solving this issue. It turns out I had two copies of xplane installed. They were patient with me in solving this issue which was my fault, not theirs! It was fast, efficient and got my problem solved! I could not be more pleased with the help I received. It is indicative of the quality of this product and is highly recommended!!
