Trouble getting TDS GTNXi to turn on in MSFS2024

You can reboot the PC, then re-run the TDS GPS Manager as an admin (right click, select Run As Administrator)
Then attempt a reinstall/upgrade.

The TDS GPS Manager - 1.0.1.7  displays the GTNXi Trainer is not installed.  It shows that Trainer Version 20.42.2 is available but when I click on "Download And Install", the file does not install and the page switches to "Please Select A Product to UNINSTALL".  I have tried to download the trainer through the TDS GPS Manager mulitple times without success.   

Version 3.12.1.0 Garmin Trainer Launcher already exists on my computer from a previous download but TDS GPS Manager is not communicating with it.  

I have attached a photograph of my TDS GPS Manager app.  

Is there a way to resolve this issue?
