Thank you all for your interest in this problem.
From what I observed in this post and some research, as you initially stated, the problem really seems to be inherently related to my system, and not TDS.
Therefore, based on various information, I did three actions to try to solve the issue:
a) repair MSFS 2024 through the system menu (Settings -> Apps -> Installed Apps -> Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 -> Advanced options -> Repair)
b) delete the rolling cache file (C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Limitless_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache\rollingcache.ccc)
c) remove and reinstall all Navigraph files, using the Navigraph Hub utility, both in the "installed in MSFS2024" tab and in the "installed outside the simulator" tab (referring to TDS SIM).
After restarting the computer,the ILS worked normally. This indicates that the ILS issue was potentially related to corrupted files, and not the TDS.
In fact, according to information in several MSFS-specialized forums, this is particularly true for Navigraph.
For now, everything is back to normal, and I'm observing the behavior from now on.
