After a failed test in X-Plane, please provide us with the log file from My Documents:
TDSGTNXPlaneLog.txt
As well as the antivirus used.
Not to worry, we will find a solution, we always do.
Sounds good!
I'm using Norton 360 as my AV.
I've attached the TDSGTNXPlaneLog.txt file. I noticed an error in the log starting GTN_Simulator.exe.
I verified the file is there at the specified path (C:\ProgramData\Garmin\Trainers\GTI\Production\GTI__GTN_Xi__21_03\app-21.3.7\bin) and tried starting it manually with double-click. Nothing happened. Tried running it as admin. Same result. Checked the Windows Event Viewer and see this:

However, I verified again that the Garmin Launcher and avionics sims seem to work OK if I start everything via the Launcher:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Garmin\Trainers\Launcher\Aviation_Trainer_Launcher.exe.
Thanks!
