GTN750xi in default aircraft in MSFS2024 not working

Thank you, the log file does not indicate an error, however we have not received a response to the question:

With MSFS 2024 closed, please start the TDS GTNXi Pro form the desktop shortcut and click on the GTN750Xi button, does the screen light up?

Hi.  Yes,  it lights up. It can load up the garmin and demo it's operational. But the charts will not load up.

Exactly what do you mean by "charts will not load up" For Navigraph charts to function, you must utilize the TDS GTNXI interface, Navigraph Charts tab, to link your Navigraph account to the TDS GTNXi. This is described, with screenshots, in the TDS GTNXi PDF manual.

If you have any uncertainties, please provide us with screenshots.

I am also seeing this Trainer as not installed and when I click to install, it says a version is already there and would not let me install.

Hi. I have attached 3 screenshots for your review.

1st shows a Non G1000 Cessna 172 from MSFS24. As you can see, I am unable to load in TDSGPS, and I am seeing the default. 
2nd shows a payware aircraft, in which I do see the TDS GPS in all of my payware
3rd shows that it is indeed installed in the community folder.
4th The EXE Log as requested

Can you please tell me what else I need to do to get the tdsgps to work in default planes?
