So I understand what happened and better troubleshoot probs on my own, does ROAR provide the link data kubj between the TDS .dll in :\ProgramData\TDS\GTNXi\XPlane12\ and X-Plane 12\Resources\plugins\TDSGTNXi\64\ win.xpl , or is it communicating with something els, e.g. enabling the GTNXi to get metars?

Hello Chuck,

Basically if you have a stuck process, like the ROAR or the gtn_simulator.exe after X-Plane has closed, you should close them manually form task manager. In addition, if this issue reoccurs constantly, please let us know so we can look this over from our end.
