Getting buggy and unreliable
#1
Hi.  I'm using the RealSimGear GTN750 with your software.  Am flying FlySimWare Chancellor 414.

Airport maps do not appear or the momentarily appear regardless of the range setting.

Back button lights up but does not activate without a second or third press.

I reinstalled the Garmin software and did your recent update.  Any way to troubleshoot this?

Hello,

These are not known issues of the TDS GTNXi Pro. We will need more information on what is going on so we can see how to approach this.

Please provide us with screenshots of the issues, the first being the "airport maps do not appear", exactly what do you mean?

In regards to the back button lighting up, but not registering, this seems like a touchscreen/alignment issue and not a TDS GTNXi issue. For a touchscreen event to register, there needs to be a down event, followed by an up event sent to our software. This can be easily tested by using the mouse on the TDS GTNXi Pro and confirming normal functionality.

As you have approached us in the past with issues on our Discord, it is advisable to keep all communications only in one place (Discord).

It's over on Discord now Smile
