Both of them, very time is both of the screens if aurcraft have two of course

Yes it freezes after 4 hours + (45 minutes approx)

The left unit became unresponsive, yes I have powered up both units, but ahter some time, left didn't work anymore, the screen was on but unresponsive, left unit was OK
On right unit i rub map, on left terrain

As a test, for the next flight, can you please change from Navigraph Charts to FliteCharts from within the X-Plane Plugins Menu\TDS GTNXi?
