Your instructions bear no resemblance to the manger exe ... Athe terms are different for a start 

There is no obvious way to see if the Garmin Trainer is installed.
It will not work on my new 2024 install if the SIM is not running.

Please show us a screenshot of the TDS GPS Manager so we can confirm a correct installation. The TDS GPS Manager is the application which will guide you through the PC Trainer installation and confirm that you have the latest version. Not to worry, we will assist you.

In addition, let us know exactly what you are experiencing and what you are looking for differently. Do you own the TDS GTNXi?

And when I click on Settings it adks me if I want to Uninstall. 
Your installation sysem is a joke.

Have you deliberately nobbled it for MSFS 2020 to force us to buy the Pro update ?
Because after the latest update it doesn't work in MSFS 2020 either....

Hello,

We have asked you some questions in regards to the TDS GTNXi Pro, which you have not answered. We gladly would like to help you, but it seems you are not answering our questions.
At this stage we require proof of TDS GTNXi purchase in order to proceed further with tech support.

Of course that the TDS GTNXi works with MSFS 2020, nothing has changed internally and we do not require any additional purchase. As we have stated in our previous message, we will help you, but you need to answer our questions.
