RE: Xplane 12 Unable to program flight plan in any of my compatible aircraft

Unable to program flight plan or to use direct to waypoint function.  Have tried multiple aircraft and deleted and reloaded GTN. Attached is the TDS log file if that helps.  The unit has functioned perfectly in the past.

Hello,

Based on other reports, we think that this may be a TDS bug. Can you please try this temporary workaround and let us know if it solves the issues mentioned:

Can you please temporarily remove the provided Navigraph navdata cycle 2302, by renaming/moving the:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\TDS\GTNXi\Database\XPlane\NavigraphDB.dat
Where %username% is your Windows Account username

Please let us know how it goes.

I don't have this file.  Any other recommendations?  I did upload the Navigraph latest AIRAC which updated today. Tried another flight.  Same results. Attached is log from today.

Hello,

The file is in the folder, as installed by the TDS GPS Manager, we kindly ask that you look further in the above mentioned folder.

In addition, did you install a non default PC Trainer navdata?

I've reloaded everything from the TDS Manager.  You can see by attached screen shots what is installed.  I also tried the Aviation trainer v3.12.1.0 to see if that made any difference.  It didn't.  You can also see by the attached search the the below identified file is not loaded on my machine.

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\TDS\GTNXi\Database\XPlane\NavigraphDB.dat

I have not loaded any non default PC Trainer navdata.


Really appreciate the help in trying to solve this.  Love the product when it works.

Hello,

As a test, manually navigating to the requested folder is an option, by showing the Windows Hidden Files/Folders
However, we have prepared a first beta version which we hope will resolve the issue without having to remove the database.
