I am having a problem getting TDS GTNXi to turn on in MSFS2024.
The TDS GTNXi shows up with a black screen in MSFS2024.
I am using FlightSim Builder G1000nxi touch monitors. The FlightSim Builder launcher app setup has a dropdown menu to select for use of TDS GTNXi but the unit does not show up on the G1000 touch panel as it should. This happens in MSFS2024 and Xplane 12.
Any idea as to how I can get the TDS GTNNXi to turn on and work in MSFS2024 and Xplane 12?
Is there a file there a file I must load in a community folder?

As a first step in troubleshooting the issue, please try this:
With MSFS closed, start the TDS GTNXi Pro from the desktop shortcut and click on the GTN750Xi button. Does the screen light up?
Which antivirus are you using?

Hello,
You can reboot the PC, then re-run the TDS GPS Manager as an admin (right click, select Run As Administrator)
Then attempt a reinstall/upgrade.
Please let us know how it goes.

At this moment there is no need to attempt reinstalling thee PC Trainer. We strongly recommend following the instructions stated above about running the TDS GPS Manager as an admin and installing thee TDS GTNXi Pro V1.3.1.2
We have not received any screenshots.
Can you please send us the screenshots, as well as the log file from My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt

Hello,
We have answered your email requests sent both today as well as at the beginning of the week, but we did not hear back from you.
In this case, we strongly suggest checking your spam folder and letting us know here of the emails not being received.
You have an outdated version of the TDS GTNXi Pro, version 1.0.2.7, the latest being 1.3.1.2.
You can reboot the PC, then re-run the TDS GPS Manager as an admin (right click, select Run As Administrator)
Then attempt a reinstall/upgrade of only the TDS GTNXi Pro MSFS 2020/MSFS 2024. There is no need to reinstall/upgrade the PC Trainer until you have the latest TDS GTNXi Pro V1.3.1.2 installed.
Please follow only these exact instructions and get back to us, after upgrading the TDS GTNXi Pro and running it once, with a new log file from My Documents: TDSGTNXiExeLog.txt
